Responsibilities

Requirements

Key Capabilities/Experience

  • Proven track-record of building backend solutions, including implementing RESTful APIs, interfacing with databases, and integrating with messaging services, using a modern tech stack.
  • Strong fundamentals in software development, including proficiency in OOP, functional programming, design patterns, concurrency, and TDD.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and test automation.
  • Experience working in Agile, collaborating with teams, and demonstrating adaptability in a multicultural environment.
  • Willingness to learn cloud technologies, microservices architecture, and IT risk.

Minimum Qualifications

Must Have

  • Proficiency in Java 8 or higher, Java 11 or higher is preferred.
  • Competency in Spring and Spring boot.
  • Experience in code versioning tools, preferably Git.
  • Experience in Test Automation (JUnit, Mockito, etc.).
  • Working knowledge in RESTful API Development.
  • Effective Communication.

Good to Have

  • Experience with database technologies such as SQL, JPA, Hibernate, etc.
  • Working knowledge in Microservices Architecture, Containerization, and Orchestration.
  • Experience with CI/CD platforms, preferably Azure DevOps, and build tools such as Maven.
  • An Agile mindset.
