Threat Protection

With viruses, Trojans, worms, spyware, and other malware, being safe online can be a daunting experience. The threat protection team develops software that protects customers by building scalable code that handles high volume, security, distributed systems, and high-level architecture — all built from scratch.

Responsibilities

• Develop distributed microservices that protect millions of users against malware.
• Focus on delivery of high-quality code, where scalability and security come first.
• Collaborate with a team of dedicated developers to build and maintain services in Golang.
• Take ownership of architecture, design, development, and deployment initiatives.

Requirements

• Experience working with distributed technologies and NoSQL databases, ideally with Cassandra or Kafka.
• Strong system design skills and understanding of design patterns and when to apply them.
• Passion for building anti-virus / threat protection software and creating a safer online experience.
• Passionate about backend architecture and technologies; open to communication and collaboration.
• Ability to create scalable and stable code.
• Collaborative mindset; comfortable discussing, rethinking, and redesigning ideas to create shared success.

Salary

• Gross salary: 3,500 - 7,200 EUR / Month.
