Responsibilities

  • Design great APIs that work and are a delight to be used by our internal teams.
  • Focus on the delivery of high-quality code, prioritizing scalability and security.
  • Collaborate with a team of dedicated developers to build and maintain services in Golang.
  • Take ownership of architecture, design, development, and deployment initiatives.

Requirements

  • Strong experience with backend technologies, ideally with Golang.
  • Comfortable with system design and knowing which patterns to use when and why.
  • Passionate about building APIs that are easy to use and simple to understand.
  • Collaborative mindset: open to discussing, rethinking, and redesigning ideas to create shared success.
  • Familiarity with design patterns and software architecture concepts (examples mentioned: Chain of Responsibility, Domain Driven Design).
