Want an internship where you learn real skills in a modern, IT-driven environment? Join ABN AMRO’s Architecture & Platform Strategy (A&PS) team. You’ll support daily team operations, work closely with IT experts, and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic corporate setting.

Responsibilities

• Support meetings and document discussions on IT-related topics
• Help organise team events and workshops
• Prepare presentations and internal demos
• Manage calendar invites and logistics
• Structure and upload documentation
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes
• Create visual materials for internal use

Working environment

ABN AMRO is a leading Dutch bank with an international presence. You’ll be part of A&PS: a department that shapes platform strategies, architecture governance, and future-proof IT standards across the bank. The department is close-knit (under 40 colleagues), collaborative, and internationally oriented. The team works hybrid—usually in the Amstelveen office on Mondays.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Dutch MBO/HBO/WO programme (business, administration, or similar)
• Available for at least six months
• Comfortable with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong communicator and team player
• Fluent in English
• Organised, proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn
• No prior experience required; motivation and curiosity are important
