Business analyst / implementation manager W&R

In your role as business analyst / implementation manager you support the various W&R Products business in setting requirements and getting them implemented. Together with the project manager, you make sure the projects contribute to the success of the business.

You and your job

As business analyst / implementation manager, you gather requirements and analyze the impact of the regulatory or business change on Rabobank worldwide. You represent customer and end-user interests by gathering input and by capturing and drafting priorities for requirements together with the project manager. Furthermore, you maintain an adequate audit trail by documenting how requirements are implemented.

Top responsibilities

• Collecting requirements
• Implement the changes in the regions
• (re)design policies, procedures and contribute to policy changes

You work closely together with the project manager and experts from Legal, Compliance, business and IT to ensure high quality implementation of the new or adjusted regulations. You also collaborate with peers and stakeholders in the IT-area who (need to) implement the technical solutions.

The newly set-up Project Management team is part of the GPI (Global Project Implementation team). The 16 people in Project Management GPI are part of the W&R Products organization and support the business in making the complex change projects a success. You and your talent

• HBO/WO (NL) or University degree, preferably in Business Administration or Computer Science
• 3+ years of proven experience in business analysis
• Experience in implementing complex systems in large corporate environments in the role as business analyst
• Experience in international wholesale banking
• Ability to apply various change management techniques, mainly Agile and Prince II
• Good stakeholder management skills
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and oral
• You are currently living and allowed to work in The Netherlands
