The expected salary for this position: 9600 - 18 000 PLN gross (monthly).

We are looking for a Business Analyst to support users of a trading application (role naming convention: IT Business Analyst III). The team is part of the Financial Markets & Group Treasury Investing IT area and is dedicated to Security Financing and Equities business. You will participate in support, maintenance and change of the Anvil Platform, and work on automation (CI/CD, testing, monitoring) within an Agile framework (2-week sprints). Responsibilities

  • Incidents, tickets, and requests management – solving & dispatching
  • Daily operation (mailbox monitoring) and applications monitoring
  • Tasks automation and process improvements
  • Monitoring and reporting database performance
  • Participation in meetings (Scrum events)
  • Implementation, improvement and management of the release pipeline including automated testing (functional and non-functional)

Requirements

  • Understanding and experience as a functional support for applications in Financial Markets (e.g., Repo/SecLending, Bonds/Equities, Settlements/Risk systems, Regulatory Reporting)
  • Experience operating, monitoring, and supporting applications
  • Continuous improvement mindset
  • Team player attitude with very good communication skills
  • English: B2 (or higher)

Extra points (nice-to-have):

  • Basic knowledge of Linux/UNIX
  • Basic knowledge of Oracle DB or other SQL databases
  • Experience with automation of manual activities (e.g., testing, deployment)
  • Working knowledge of CI/CD
  • Basic programming skills in any language (e.g., Java, Python)
  • Basic knowledge and experience in Agile (e.g., Scrum)
  • Analytical approach to problem solving

Information about the squad

The team is responsible for development and maintenance of systems used in Financial Markets and Global Treasury. Stakeholders are global. Day-to-day work includes platform maintenance, communication with business users, and automation efforts to improve CI/CD, testing and monitoring.
