Join ABN AMRO's Bank Assisted Lending (BAL) program to help design future-proof, digital end-to-end lending processes and translate business needs into technical solutions for our credit origination platform.
Responsibilities
- Analyse services, business processes, information flows, user and system requirements to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Drive requirement gathering from end-users (Lenders, Credit Risk, Contracting, Operations) and turn these into technical designs for the Salesforce credit origination platform.
- Translate product roadmap features into concrete user stories and prioritize technical and functional requirements.
- Create visuals and clear documentation to build shared understanding and improve organisational learning.
- Support implementation by collaborating on test design and conducting/ supporting user acceptance tests to help the development team deliver quality.
- Work closely with colleagues from Integrations, Business Implementation, Regulatory and subject-matter experts from Lending, Risk and FR&R.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in any field.
- 2+ years (preferred) with experience in business analysis and stakeholder management.
- Ability to identify solution options and present advice to stakeholders in a convincing and structured manner.
- Affinity towards technology, data structures and querying; ability to translate requirements into platform functionalities in collaboration with IT teams.
- Knowledge of nCino or Salesforce delivery is a plus; willingness to learn is necessary.
- Self-starter with a critical but positive attitude, organised, empathetic towards users and eager to learn about software and processes.
- You are preferably in possession of a Dutch working permit and/or living in the Netherlands.
Working environment
- You will join the devops team within BAL and collaborate cross-functionally across streams and subject-matter experts.
- Every Tuesday is the Bank Assisted Lending office day; other days are flexible with the option to work from home or the office (hybrid working).
- The role offers hands-on learning opportunities about the end-to-end corporate credit journey and exposure to platform delivery (Salesforce/nCino) and integrations.

- Salary range (gross, per month): EUR 5,304 - EUR 7,577 (based on a 36-hour workweek; 40-hour week also possible). This includes vacation allowance and a benefit budget.
