As a Business Consultant / Analyst with knowledge of credit processes and risk management principles, you sit at the core of transformation, turning complex challenges into practical, value-driven solutions. With a sharp analytical lens and collaborative spirit, you connect business and technology to create lasting impact in a fast-moving, ever-evolving environment.
Responsibilities
- Act as the vital link between business and technology: translate complex business needs into smart, practical and value-driven solutions.
- Take ownership of end-to-end analysis and solution design, from identifying opportunities to delivering tangible outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders and work within Agile, multidisciplinary teams to drive meaningful impact.
- Translate Credit Risk requirements and business requirements into scalable, end‑to‑end solutions aligned with NextGen Lending.
- Implement regulatory changes, enable data‑driven decision making, and simplify processes to improve efficiency and customer experience.
Working environment
You work within the Credit Transformation Office (CTO), a dynamic and execution‑driven environment at the heart of Lending Transformation. The CTO is responsible for managing and delivering change initiatives across the entire credit lifecycle, including regulatory programs, process improvements, and NextGen Lending initiatives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of credit processes and risk management principles.
- Strong analytical thinking (analyzing data to support decision-making) with the ability to identify patterns and insights.
- Strong consultancy skills and a pragmatic, solution-oriented approach.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Stakeholder management: able to align, influence, and challenge constructively.
- Ownership mindset: drives outcomes end-to-end and oversees the full process chain from start to finish.
- Collaborative and effective within Agile, multidisciplinary teams.
- Adaptable and comfortable in a fast-changing environment.
We are offering
- An attractive gross monthly salary (min. Eur. 6.066 – max Eur. 8.666) based on a 36 hour work week, including holiday allowance and a flexible benefit budget. A 40 hour work is also possible.
