You will join Current Credit Origination within the Credit & Collateral Lifecycle Grid (Financing Solutions) to help set up and maintain new processes and systems that support Credit Portfolio Management. You identify business needs and translate them into successful IT solutions. You will enable new IT services to monitor and support transactions that share risks of granted loans with external investors (for example Synthetic Risk Transfer (SRT) or Originate to Distribute (OtD)). A new setup is needed for the data chain, analysis & reporting, and the operational handling of each portfolio transaction.

Responsibilities

  • Identify needs of Credit Portfolio Management and translate them into solution-oriented IT and process changes.
  • Design and help implement new IT services, data chains, analysis and reporting for portfolio transactions (e.g., SRT, OtD).
  • Act as the bridge between the business (Credit Portfolio Management) and the IT department.
  • Describe analyses and solutions in accessible language for stakeholders.
  • Take ownership and follow through on changes until business value is achieved.
  • Encourage collaboration and share knowledge with colleagues.

Requirements

  • 2-3+ years of experience in business development or business analysis, preferably focused on banking and the credit sector.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and an ability to explore new approaches.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder-listening skills; able to present advice in a convincing and structured manner.
  • Solution-oriented attitude and willingness to take ownership and responsibility for change delivery.
  • Proficiency in both Dutch and English.
  • Knowledge of credit portfolio management and related systems is a plus.
  • Comfortable working in an environment that develops new software and processes, connects with new software, and phases out legacy systems.

Benefits

  • Gross monthly salary: EUR 4,634 – EUR 6,620 (based on a 36-hour work week; includes vacation pay and benefit budget). A 40-hour work week is also possible.
