Do you transform data into value and work with data professionals in a team to deliver solutions? Are you a data/strategy consultant? Or do you know all about credits and want to learn more about data? If so, we want you!
Role overview
At Lending Transformation (part of Financing Solutions) we are redesigning the credit lifecycle to enhance processes for clients and employees and meet regulatory requirements. A key driver is the Single Customer View (SCV), integrating data from all ABN AMRO entities, including subsidiaries. SCV is a data product based on EBA LOM requirements. It supports credit origination, monitoring, reporting, and serves as input for various bank-wide data derivations. We manage SCV as a product, defining user stories and maintaining a product backlog. SCV is a key element of the Definition of Default program.
Your role will be to ensure SCV's successful implementation and integration into (to be) defined Target Operating Models via data product integrations, APIs, and dashboarding. You will work on both designing these business-specific solutions and managing the implementations, all in multidisciplinary teams across ABN AMRO.
Responsibilities
- Lead workshops with stakeholders from Mainbank and subsidiaries to integrate the Single Customer View (SCV) in the Credit Life Cycle.
- Facilitate communication and take initiatives to improve collaboration with other teams within the Definition of Default (DoD) cluster.
- Coordinate with the Credit Analytics Team to deliver a functional Power BI dashboard (SCV Viewer) which visualizes SCV data.
- Develop new use cases with data consumers to leverage data across all relevant parties within ABN AMRO.
- Collaborate with business developers from the Credits Domain Data Store to translate requirements into the Credit Business Data Model.
- Report on progress of deliverables planned in the SCV roadmap to ensure transparency and alignment.
- Support improvements in data product management within the Credits Data Domain.
Working environment
You will be part of the Cross Domain Credits Data Product team with three other data stewards, engaging with stakeholders across all bank entities in Europe. The team belongs to the Credit Data Grid department, responsible for data quality, distribution, and analytics within Financing Solutions. We focus on data projects for both natural and non-natural persons. Collaboration is key: we work closely within the team and the broader Financing Solutions unit. We work hybrid, with team members working at least two days per week from our headquarters in Amsterdam.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in economics, finance, or data.
- Minimum of three to five years of relevant work experience.
- Consultancy skills to advise, analyse, and collaborate across a broad stakeholder field (business teams to IT Innovation & Technology grids).
- Preference for experience or familiarity with corporate lending, finance, or risk.
- Excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with project tools, Scrum, and the software development lifecycle.
- Team player with a sense of humour.
