From national foundation models, AI centers of excellence, national security applications, or clean technology; sovereignty and geopolitical expression is increasingly being tied to access to AI. NVIDIA’s leading position as the full stack platform for AI has an opportunity to work with partners and develop a global distribution ecosystem focused on the public sector. Reporting to the Global Head of AI Nations, you will drive the growth strategies for NVIDIA’s platform for AI across governments and public sector globally, in support of the overall go-to-market (GTM) strategy. You will be instrumental in growing NVIDIA’s revenue by implementing our national collaboration plans following a programmatic approach to growing revenue.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the Global Public Sector (GPS) Industry Business Development plan in collaboration with regional Sales and Marketing teams.
  • Advocate for and align global technical, business, sales and marketing resources across NVIDIA and business partners to drive mutual success (e.g., global GPS case studies, blueprints, partner enablement, event support).
  • Track data for internal reporting on sales activities, including trackers, updates for management, pipeline growth, and reports on sales progress based on GPS IBD plan benchmarks and planning strategies.
  • Develop and maintain global GPS sales enablement assets and programs working with marketing and sales operations.
  • Identify and develop Light House Accounts (government agencies at the forefront of adopting AI).
  • Create and maintain tools and templates for various engagements to grow GPU adoption and customers’ wallet share in the NVIDIA platform.
  • Identify and develop emerging use cases to cultivate new vertical opportunities.
  • Collaborate with field sales organization, solution architects, and developer relations teams; make heavy use of conferencing tools and travel as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) from a leading university. Master’s degree and/or MBA or equivalent experience is desirable.
  • 10+ years of business development experience in hi‑tech selling technology solutions.
  • Strong customer and partner relationship skills demonstrated across multiple countries.
  • Strong analytical skills, including the ability to perform market assessments.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
  • Understanding and expert delivery of key features, product messages, and positioning.

Preferred / Ways to stand out

  • Knowledge of Agentic AI and deep understanding of government operations and local AI landscape in target markets.
  • Possess a contact base of key government officials, deep domain expertise, and an understanding of sales and buying practices in government.
  • Demonstrated history of effectively communicating intricate technical information about AI and explaining ROI.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic, matrixed environment.

Compensation & Other Information

  • Base salary will be determined based on location, experience, and pay of employees in similar positions.
  • Base salary ranges provided: Level 4 — 152,000 USD to 247,250 USD; Level 5 — 184,000 USD to 299,000 USD.
  • You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
