The NVIDIA Sales Operations team is seeking a Business Solutions Analyst to develop programs and implement sales strategies that support NVIDIA’s Go-to-Market initiatives. This role partners closely with sales leaders, regional sales operations, business operations, and other groups within the Datacenter business to align business and financial goals, improve processes, and ensure accurate reporting and data quality.
Responsibilities
- Embed with collaborator teams across the NVIDIA Datacenter business to understand priorities, drive projects and programs, and achieve agreed-upon benchmarks.
- Work on issues of high complexity and strategic value; analyze situations and data that require evaluation of multiple factors and comprehensive understanding of business processes.
- Audit and maintain processes to ensure accuracy of data quality within Salesforce.com.
- Build, run, and analyze data to provide actionable business insight.
- Manage systems rollouts and organizational change: define new processes, provide training, lead launch and adoption activities.
- Analyze and document business requirements across multiple departments and systems.
- Redesign and improve existing sales and operational processes as the organization evolves.
- Manage ad hoc requests for reports, process support, and general assistance.
- Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Assist sales management in diagnosing and resolving process bottlenecks to drive operational excellence.
Requirements
- BA/BS in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of sales operations and/or finance experience or equivalent.
- Advanced-level Excel skills.
- Experience with Salesforce (Salesforce.com / SFDC).
- Ability to take initiative, work flexibly, and set priorities with minimal direct supervision.
- Strong analytical skills, disciplined attention to detail, and a highly organized approach.
- Effective time management and ability to balance multiple demands and competing priorities.
Ways to stand out
- Experience with direct, indirect, and cloud sales models.
- SFDC admin certification.
- Excellent interpersonal and persuasive communication skills; ability to explain sophisticated concepts concisely and creatively.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary range: 144,000 USD - 230,000 USD (determined based on location, experience, and market pay for similar positions).
- Eligible for equity and NVIDIA benefits (see company benefits page).
