Information about the position

As a Change & Internal Communications Partner, you will act as a trusted advisor within the People function, responsible for translating Vinted's critical People and organizational changes into meaningful employee action and understanding.

This role strategically blends strong change communication expertise with collaborative partnership, ensuring every team across Vinted understands not just what is changing, but why it matters to our mission and to them personally.

Reporting to the Change & Internal Communications Lead, you’ll be part of a small, ambitious team with a clear mission: making communication at Vinted simple, transparent, and truly people-centered.

In this position, you’ll

  • Lead communication planning for People and organizational change initiatives - helping Vinted People understand, adapt to, and engage with transformation in a clear and human way.
  • Craft simple, compelling narratives and content that turn complexity into clarity, connecting change to purpose and values.
  • Co-own the Vinted All Hands, shaping the story, preparing speakers, and moderating live sessions.
  • Develop and evolve the Vinted Comms Toolkit - creating templates, guides, and assets that help everyone at Vinted become more confident communicators.
  • Deliver impactful messages across Slack, intranet, and other internal channels, ensuring tone and intent stay consistent.
  • Optimise internal communication channels and tools to improve efficiency and reach.
  • Partner closely with leaders, PBPs, and COEs to align on messages and support communication through times of change.
  • Use insights and feedback to track impact, learn, and continuously improve how we communicate.
  • Proactively spot opportunities to simplify, connect, and inspire through communication.
  • Contribute to Vinted’s long-term internal communication and change narrative, ensuring it stays real, transparent, and people-centered.

About you

  • You’re an experienced communicator or change professional (5–8 years) who loves helping people make sense of change.
  • You balance strategy with hands-on delivery and know how to turn complex information into messages that feel human, honest, and clear.
  • Excellent writing and storytelling skills in English, adaptable to any audience or format.
  • Proven experience leading People-focused change communications and a strong understanding of how communication drives behavior and culture in organizations.
  • Strong influence and stakeholder management skills, especially with senior leaders.
  • A structured yet creative approach - organized, curious, and outcome-focused.
  • A data-informed mindset with curiosity for measuring communication effectiveness.
  • Comfort navigating ambiguity and managing sensitive information with care.
  • A self-starter who thrives on ownership and sees initiatives through to completion.
  • Knowledge of change management frameworks (e.g. Prosci ADKAR) (Bonus point).
  • A passion for building communication capability across teams and helping others grow as communicators. (Bonus point).
