Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and execution of channel marketing strategies and programs to grow partner-driven revenue and brand awareness for B2B products.
  • Develop co-marketing initiatives with channel partners (resellers, distributors, MSPs), including campaigns, joint promotions, enablement materials, and incentive programs.
  • Manage a team (or cross-functional contributors) to deliver channel marketing assets: partner content, webinars, physical events (conferences and tradeshows), and other assets.
  • Own the Channel Marketing budget, forecast spend vs return, and track/report on channel KPIs (partner pipeline, lead generation, campaign and events ROI).
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Product Marketing, Growth, Creative teams and Channel Sales to ensure alignment on messaging, launches, and channel needs.
  • Analyze performance data and market insights to identify gaps and opportunities, and continuously optimize partner programs.
  • Ensure partners are enabled (training, materials, support) to sell and market products effectively.

Requirements

  • Proven marketing experience (5+ years) in marketing, partner marketing or a similar role in B2B tech / SaaS / cybersecurity.
  • Experience managing or coordinating cross-functional teams and working with external channel partners (resellers, MSPs, distributors).
  • Experience with channel and B2B events is an advantage (conferences, tradeshows, webinars).
  • Excellent project management skills: able to juggle multiple campaigns, set priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical mindset: experience using data and metrics to measure performance, optimize spend, and demonstrate ROI.
  • Excellent communication skills for both internal (team, sales, product) and external (partners) stakeholders.
  • Creative thinker who can design engaging, high-impact campaigns while maintaining attention to execution details.
  • Comfortable in a fast-moving environment; adaptable, proactive, and able to deal with ambiguity.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Gross salary: 4,200 - 5,300 EUR per month (approx. 50,400 - 63,600 EUR per year gross).
