Job Context

Job Purpose
A chapter lead acts as a bridge between developers and area leads, ensuring coaching and support to developers, dedicating about 70% of their time to non-managerial tasks like code development. Key responsibilities include:
- Defining best practices and methodologies;
- Setting up knowledge-sharing processes;
- Leading performance evaluations through coaching.
Expertise
As a chapter lead, you should be a thought leader and an expert in:
- Technological stack: C++ 20, Postgres, Kafka, Redis, Linux (Bash), Jenkins, Ansible, OpenShift.
- Profile requirements: Strong engineering instinct, innovative thinking, solid experience in agile IT development, good communication skills, and a minimum of 3 years relevant coaching experience.
