We are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager to drive the planning and execution of complex, multidisciplinary infrastructure deployment programs. Own the planning and execution of programs to help accelerate the adoption of NVIDIA's Cloud Data Center technology by our enterprise customers. Partner with AI and infrastructure experts to define and implement strategies for deploying NVIDIA and partner technologies across a broad range of customers and vertical segments. Collaborate with a wide range of internal and external partners and business leaders to define and build solutions to use and optimize NVIDIA products for deployment in customers' data centers. The program manager works closely with partners globally, developing relationships and helping them build a successful NVIDIA practice.

Responsibilities

  • Capture program requirements from NVIDIA Commercial customers and internal teams to create proposals and agreements required to complete projects for HPC, data center, or cloud-based deployments.
  • Prioritize and schedule projects; track and report project delivery; and communicate results to keep programs aligned to strategy and mitigate risk.
  • Implement program plans by scoping projects, identifying and assembling core support teams, formally kicking off projects with customers, developing joint project timelines, supporting project and account teams with technical collateral/tools, leading engineering design reviews, ensuring implementation of customer-required features, driving resolution of blocking issues/bugs, and ensuring timely customer acceptance and production deployment.
  • Coordinate and lead program discussions and clearly communicate requirements and issue status to customers and internal teams (including executive stakeholders).
  • Work closely with engineering, operations, quality, product management, and sales teams to resolve technical and logistical issues, set accurate expectations, and keep project scope on track for successful execution.
  • Define strategy and tactics for efficiently implementing GPU-based product solutions and integrations, from evaluation/proof-of-concept through design, development, qualification/validation, and customer acceptance for a wide variety of NVIDIA customers.
  • Travel up to 10%.

Requirements

  • BS/MS (or equivalent experience) in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business with technical program management experience.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required.
  • Experience with HPC clustering or data-center technologies.
  • 8+ years of project/program management experience in a technical setting.
  • 5+ years of validated experience in HPC/data center settings.
  • Experience running significant and complex programs, especially with strategic customers; deep customer savvy.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for collaborating with complementary teams and functional groups.
  • Experience with Confluence, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Salesforce.
  • Proactive self-starter with strong prioritization skills and ability to adapt to shifting priorities.

Ways to stand out

  • Comfortable defining and implementing complex program schedules with an intimate understanding of dependencies, critical paths, key project milestones, and outcomes.
  • Experience working at both strategic and tactical levels to establish objectives, complete projects, and report program status.
  • Knowledge of networking or the AI ecosystem is a plus.
