Grafana Labs is seeking a Commercial Account Executive, Acquisition based in the Netherlands to prospect and close new business across the Benelux region. The role focuses on consultative selling of Grafana Cloud and Grafana Enterprise (observability: metrics via Grafana Mimir, logs via Grafana Loki, traces via Grafana Tempo). The role is remote (Netherlands) and ideal candidates come from a technical background with experience selling infrastructure technology.
Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed individual quarterly and annual sales goals
- Outbound prospecting into net-new customers
- Manage all aspects of the sales process (prospecting, sales meetings, product demos, proofs of concept, proposals, and negotiations)
- Cultivate sales through outbound prospecting and inbound leads
- Understand and convey the value of both Grafana Cloud and Grafana Enterprise
- Manage your sales pipeline in Salesforce
- Manage quote creation, order processing, and day-to-day customer requests
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in infrastructure technology sales
- Demonstrated history of consistent goal achievement in a highly competitive environment (top 10% performer)
- Energetic, upbeat, entrepreneurial, tenacious team player
- Experience in high-velocity technology companies and adaptability to change
- Excellent communication skills (in person, online, written) and ability to form strong working relationships virtually and in person
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
Bonus
- Familiarity with open source technology
- Experience using Salesforce
- Experience with Command of the Message and MEDD(P)ICC (or MEDD(P)ICC)
- Fluent in Dutch (both written and spoken)
Compensation & Benefits
- OTE compensation range for the Netherlands: EUR 144,250 - EUR 180,250 (actual compensation may vary by level, experience, and skillset)
- All roles include Restricted Stock Units (RSUs)
