This is a contract role focused on supporting and optimizing the revenue operations foundation. The main goals include improving process efficiency, maintaining documentation, managing cross-functional projects, and ensuring accurate lead routing and data flow across sales, marketing, and customer success systems.

Responsibilities

  • Map, document, and continuously improve key revenue processes across the sales funnel.
  • Maintain consistent process documentation for internal alignment and transparency.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Systems stakeholders to implement operational improvements.
  • Manage and coordinate projects impacting revenue teams, ensuring execution and communication.
  • Improve lead/account routing logic and workflows for alignment with strategies.
  • Assist in territory planning and accurate account ownership in the CRM.
  • Conduct process audits and find automation and scalability opportunities.
  • Collaborate with RevOps leadership to align efforts with broader revenue goals.
  • Create SOPs, training, and enablement documentation for new processes or tools.
  • Monitor system usage, data accuracy, and process adherence.
  • Work with system administrators to apply updates and reflect business needs.
  • May support Deals Desk responsibilities and processes.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of GTM processes including lead management and routing logic.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms like Salesforce and project management tools such as Notion and Linear.
  • Excellent documentation skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
  • Experience with process mapping tools (e.g., Miro) is a plus.
  • Comfortable with change management and coordinating stakeholders.
  • Experience as a Salesforce system administrator with Lightning UX or similar.
  • Preferably hands-on experience with marketing automation tools like PlanHat, LinkedSquares, RevenueHero, Gong.
  • Ownership mindset and proactive project execution.
  • Collaborative, people-oriented, and thoughtful decision-making.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Results-driven with the ability to break complex problems into actionable goals.
  • Available 4+ hours overlap daily with US EST/CST time zones.

Experience Level & Leadership

  • Requires 2-4 years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or similar analytical/process-driven roles.
  • Key contributor within RevOps, collaborating with senior leadership.
  • Not a people manager but may lead initiatives and influence process decisions.

Compensation

  • Contract length is 6 months with potential extension.
  • Compensation rate is $40 USD/hour for 40 hours per week.
