Responsibilities
- Help support the Professional Visualization and Datacenter Compute Customer Program Management (CPM) team by offloading administrative tasks and working with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities to improve processes and tools for increased productivity.
- Provide administrative support to Customer Program Managers (CPMs), including maintenance of the customer contacts database (adding/removing customer/partner contacts), granting and removing access to the partner extranet portal, posting content to the internal collateral library and publishing content to external partners/customers.
- Create and maintain external partner portals and administer the internal customer program tracking tool.
- Work with NVIDIA CPM and IT teams to identify opportunities to increase CPM productivity via improved IT tools, including new user interfaces, integration of AI capabilities, and performing user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Identify opportunities for improvement in CPM processes to increase productivity and efficiency.
Requirements
- Recently completed a BS or MS in Computer Science or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
- Previous technical program/project management experience.
- Internship or project experience in project managing IT application development and deployment.
- Background in supporting and organizing multiple projects and managing internal stakeholders.
Compensation & Logistics
- Base salary will be determined based on location, experience, and pay of employees in similar positions.
- Base salary range: 92,000 USD - 149,500 USD for Level 1, and 108,000 USD - 178,250 USD for Level 2.
