Details
NVIDIA is seeking a passionate, hardworking, and creative technical program manager to help expand its ecosystem of OEM/ODM, network and storage vendors, and software partners. The role will support next-generation AI storage computing platforms and GPU and storage server solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead multifunctional teams across OEM/ODM, network and storage vendors, software partners, engineering, operations, quality, product management, and sales.
- Define strategies and tactics for driving GPU and storage server solutions and integrating sophisticated hardware and software stacks.
- Manage projects from evaluation and proof of concept through design, development, qualification, validation, customer acceptance, and start of service.
- Scope projects, identify and assemble core support teams, formally launch customer projects, and develop joint project timelines.
- Support design-in efforts by providing technical collateral and tools.
- Coordinate and facilitate engineering design reviews.
- Ensure customer-required features are implemented, resolve blocking issues and bugs, and drive timely customer acceptance and production deployment.
- Organize and lead complex technical engineering-to-engineering discussions involving hardware and software.
- Resolve technical and logistical issues, set expectations, and keep project scope aligned with successful execution.
- Communicate program status and key issues to customers and management.
- Identify organizational learning opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- BS or MS in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 12 or more years of relevant work experience.
- Strong technical program management experience involving complex OEM/ODM system-level integration, development, and qualification.
- Experience with software and hardware system-level life cycles and the key indicators needed to lead programs and projects effectively.
- Experience driving execution and coordination between internal teams and external accounts.
- Ability to partner with leadership teams to provide dashboards, reports, and insights for critical metrics and risk management.
