At NVIDIA, we are passionate about parallel and visual computing which is becoming the backbone of the Artificial Intelligence computing platform. This role focuses on driving complex system-level integration programs across GPU and storage server solutions, partnering with OEM/ODM, network and storage vendors, and software partners to deliver production-ready AI Storage Computing Platforms.
Responsibilities
- Lead multi-functional teams (OEM/ODM, network & storage vendors, software partners) to deliver next-generation AI Storage Computing Platforms.
- Define strategy and tactics to drive GPU and storage server solutions and integrate complex hardware and software stacks from evaluation/proof-of-concept through design, development, qualification/validation, customer acceptance, and start of service.
- Scope projects, assemble core support teams, kick off projects with customers, develop joint project timelines, and support design-in by providing technical collateral and tools.
- Coordinate and facilitate engineering design reviews and ensure implementation of customer-required features; drive resolution of blocking issues/bugs and ensure timely customer acceptance and production deployment.
- Organize and lead complex technical engineering-to-engineering discussions across hardware and software domains.
- Work closely with engineering, operations, quality, product management, and sales to resolve technical and logistical issues, set expectations, and keep project scope on track.
- Regularly communicate program status and key issues to customers and management; provide dashboards, reports, and insights for critical metrics and risk management.
- Identify organizational learning opportunities and drive continuous improvements.
Requirements
- BS/MS in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 12+ years of relevant work experience.
- Strong Technical Program Management experience for complex OEM/ODM system-level integration, development and qualification.
- Experience with hardware/software system life cycles and system-level integration (design, qualification, validation, production deployment).
- Experience coordinating execution between internal teams and external accounts, and leading engineering design reviews.
- Experience producing dashboards, reports, and metrics to manage program health and risk.
- Strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary range: 192,000 USD - 304,750 USD (determined by location, experience, and internal pay equity).
