  • 8+ years in the high-tech industry with a focus on Technical Program Management supporting OEMs/ODMs and system partners.
  • Proven experience running complex programs with strategic customers and large datacenter deployments.
  • Strong system-integration-level technical experience, including server hardware/software development, network topologies, network interfaces, and datacenter qualification/deployment.
  • Deep customer-savvy and ability to work across worldwide geographies and time zones.
  • Supreme leadership skills across broad and diverse functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex technical challenges.

Ways to stand out

  • Solid experience working with large OEMs/ODMs for system integration, development, and deployment under ambitious timelines or constrained resources.
  • Comfortable defining and driving complex programs with intimate understanding of dependencies, critical paths, and key milestones.
  • Consistent record of handling multiple OEM/ODM customers and programs across worldwide geographies and time zones.
  • Good understanding of server technologies (CPUs, GPUs, memory, networking, storage), datacenter topologies, network systems, and the AI ecosystem.

Compensation & Benefits
