We’re looking for a Cybersecurity UX leader to drive strategy, design, and implementation of user experiences for critical security systems. In this role, you’ll collaborate across teams to unify design standards, engage directly with users, and deliver intuitive, secure tooling that supports enterprise-scale operations. Responsibilities

• Spearhead UX strategy and implementation for cybersecurity products and tooling.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to establish and deploy consistent design systems and reusable components.
• Engage directly with customers to capture feedback, validate hypotheses, and iterate on solutions.
• Identify and resolve inconsistencies in user experience across tools and workflows.
• Facilitate workshops to align on UX goals and system-wide build patterns.
• Develop and maintain UX documentation, templates, and standards to reduce duplication and improve usability.
• Help define and evolve the UX function within the security organization, including hiring and mentoring designers.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in UX development, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.
• Track record of building scalable, user-centered solutions for complex enterprise environments.
• Strong skills in usability testing, information architecture, systems thinking, systems building, and rapid prototyping.
• Hands-on experience with Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, and user testing platforms.
• Ability to synthesize customer feedback into actionable build improvements.
• Experience managing or mentoring UX teams and working with cross-functional collaborators.
• Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

• Demonstrated success in unifying fragmented UX across multiple tools or platforms.
• A portfolio that showcases systems thinking, customer engagement, and measurable impact.
• Ability to define and build a new UX leadership role from the ground up.

Compensation & Benefits

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 184,000 USD - 287,500 USD. You will also be eligible for equity and benefits (details available on NVIDIA benefits pages).
