Responsibilities

  • Define, track, and optimize key metrics and KPIs related to customer engagement, retention, and churn across the eSIM product lifecycle.
  • Work closely with marketing teams to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns, lifecycle programs, and user journeys.
  • Develop and maintain automated reports and dashboards that provide visibility into customer behavior and product performance.
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses on customer cohorts, segmentation strategies, and touchpoints to uncover growth and optimization opportunities.
  • Deliver clear, compelling presentations of data-driven insights to cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Support the development and maintenance that enable scalable analysis (e.g., user segmentation, attribution modeling, funnel analysis).

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a data analyst role, ideally in telecommunications, SaaS, or a digital product environment.
  • Solid proficiency in SQL (experience with Google BigQuery is a strong plus) and Python (or R) for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Hands-on experience working with CRM or marketing datasets (e.g., user lifecycle, campaign tracking, customer behavior).
  • Familiarity with customer lifecycle frameworks and techniques for LTV, churn, retention, and cohort analysis.
  • Strong experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent).
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics or other web/app analytics platforms.
  • Experience in A/B testing analysis, statistical modeling, or marketing attribution is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights for diverse audiences.
