Responsibilities

As a Data Analyst within the Capacity Management department, you will be responsible for developing and rolling out a Production Plan. This relatively new product utilizes historical data to forecast expected inflow for cases. Additionally, you will plot the existing population of risk analysts against this forecast. The outcome is a dashboard that provides insight into the gap between the required and available analysts, enabling decision-making around hiring, budgeting, and resource allocation.

You will actively contribute to the team, promote collaboration among team members and departments, and critically assess the quality of services rendered, responding to the needs of your customers.

Activities:

  • Develop forecasting models based on historical data (Python)
  • Retrieve data from various sources (Excel, Synapse, CAAP data platform, Mendix, etc.) using SQL
  • Visualize insights in PowerBI
  • Work in 2-week sprints in an agile team
  • Handle tickets and consult with your product owner regarding content
  • Contribute to potential improvements in both technical solutions and stakeholder presentations

Requirements

  • Knowledge and experience with Python (Pandas)
  • Affinity for IT, data management, and analysis
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and proactively seek help
  • Knowledge and experience with SQL, Agile methodology, PowerBI, and CDD/KYC processes are a plus
  • Proficiency in Dutch, both written and spoken.
