Responsibilities

• Define, monitor, and optimize key metrics and KPIs related to infrastructure and product performance
• Develop end-to-end analytical solutions to enable data-driven decision-making across teams
• Build high-quality, ad-hoc reports and dashboards promptly to address stakeholder requests
• Present findings and propose actions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Automate repetitive tasks to improve efficiency and consistency
• Ensure all reports and analyses comply with internal guidelines and requirements
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate understanding of data and business processes

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in a data analytics role
• Advanced proficiency in SQL (experience with BigQuery is a plus)
• Understanding of AWS services and billing; deeper technical knowledge is a plus
• Hands-on experience with PySpark and Python in a professional setting
• Proficiency with at least one data visualization tool (e.g., Looker, Grafana)
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale analytical projects that resolve complex challenges
• In-depth understanding and hands-on experience in statistical modeling is a plus
• Ability to critically assess incoming requests, clarify requirements, and define a clear execution roadmap
• Excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative mindset

Location & Work Model

• Hybrid (Vilnius and Kaunas, Lithuania)

Compensation

• Gross salary: 3,200–5,900 EUR per month (approx. 38,400–70,800 EUR per year)
