Responsibilities

  • Help to define and calculate KPIs and key metrics for the teams, monitor them in automated reports and dashboards.
  • Analyse users and product to find new business opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Execute ad-hoc analyses.
  • Present insights to stakeholders.
  • Build, support and replicate data structures (including database structures, table building, reporting, data visualization, regression analysis, time series, etc.).

Requirements

  • 3+ years in a role as a data analyst.
  • Solid understanding and experience of SQL (Google BigQuery considered an advantage).
  • Experience with Python or R for data modeling and development.
  • Experience with Google Analytics.
  • Proven experience with various data visualization and statistical analysis methods.
  • Strong communication skills, a proactive approach, analytical problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative mindset.
  • Experience in e-commerce, SaaS or digital marketing environment is a plus.
  • Experience with A/B testing analysis is a plus.

  • Gross salary: 3200–5900 EUR per month (approx. 38,400–70,800 EUR per year).
  • Workplace: Hybrid. Locations: Vilnius and Kaunas (Lithuania).
