  • Ability to independently drive projects and mentor junior colleagues.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English; Dutch language skills are a strong plus.
  • Curious mindset and interest in the energy domain.

You’ll be responsible for

  • Identifying and scoping impactful data science projects within the product team.
  • Building and maintaining reliable metric pipelines, including alerting, drift tracking, and reliability monitoring.
  • Creating GenAI evaluation frameworks and measuring the effectiveness of conversational AI features.
  • Sharing knowledge and fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
  • Acting as a key partner to the Product Manager, influencing the roadmap and strategy for AI-driven customer communication.
  • Ensuring the performance of ML/statistical models in production settings.

Benefits

  • Gross annual salary between €85,000 and €120,000 (including FlexBudget, 8% holiday allowance, and depending on role a bonus or collective profit sharing).
  • FlexBudget: option to be paid out, buy extra holiday days, or save it.
  • Personal and professional growth support and development.
  • Hybrid working: 40% at the office, 40% from home, 20% flexibly; with manager approval, up to 3 weeks/year working abroad (within approved countries), max 2 weeks consecutively.
