The Team

The Data Scientist-GenAI Chatbot intern will join our Chatbot team consisting of domain experts, data analysts, and machine learning engineers. We aim to increase helpfulness and set the best customer experience via chat, constantly improving our channels every day.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Dive deep into our data and journeys end-to-end, including chat, search, call, and others. Analyze data, transcripts, and external reports to uncover key insights and opportunities.
• Turn insights into action by crafting detailed proposals that provide a clear and measurable path to achieve our objectives.
• Shape the future by refining development ideas and collaborating closely with engineers to bring improvements to life.
• Drive impact by working with business stakeholders to refine and enhance new features ensuring they deliver real value.

How to Succeed

• Ambitious student of a related Master or Bachelor study in Econometrics, Statistics, Mathematics, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related fields.
• Passionate about providing customers and employees with the highest standard of solutions.
• Love to challenge the status quo and propose creative solutions.
• Strive for daily improvement in journeys and personal workflow, showing strong self-reflection and follow-up.
• Fluent in English.
