Details

As an intern on the Digital Transformation team you will support data reporting, dashboarding and analysis to help drive digital adoption and transformation across Wholesale Banking.

Responsibilities

  • Support ongoing data reporting by maintaining, improving, and automating management dashboards used by senior stakeholders
  • Work with delivery tribes and potentially global markets to refine definitions of digital clients and digital usage, ensuring consistency and comparability across regions
  • Contribute to special assignments, applying data insights to help identify and prioritize key digital transformation opportunities
  • Streamline existing reporting processes to increase efficiency, usability, and adoption by business users
  • Collaborate with team members to prepare regular updates to senior management and contribute to the design of new reporting formats
  • Gain exposure to the digital transformation agenda in Wholesale Banking and learn how large-scale organizations manage change, data and governance

Requirements / How to succeed

  • Strong analytical skills and experience with Excel, Power BI and data visualization tools
  • An analytical mindset and attention to detail when working with data
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
  • Clear communication skills to present insights in a simple, structured way
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn about digital transformation and data management in a global financial services context
  • During the internship it is mandatory to be enrolled at a Dutch university (or EU-university for EU-passport holders)
