Come and help us to set up a new team to support our Wholesale Banking clients in Luxembourg. You will have a real opportunity to build a completely new team and service established in ING Hub Slovakia. Customer data is key to the success of ING, and the data management department plays a crucial role in this. We are responsible for maintaining ING’s local and global customer databases ensuring that only real, verifiable data goes into our systems.
Responsibilities
- Safeguard the data quality of inputs from global systems
- Transfer data from global to local databases
- Modification of data
- Learn and use internal applications and perform data entry
- Proactively correct incorrect data in the system
- Perform quality checks on data inputs
- Suggest and propose process improvements or elimination of manual process steps
Requirements
- ~1 year experience in the field of data, administration, data processing, or back office is an advantage
- Active use of English (B2 level)
- Dynamic personality with a speak-up attitude
- Strong attention to detail
- Flexible and comfortable in a fast-changing environment
Compensation
- Wage (gross): 1.489 EUR/month
By legal requirement we are providing the information about the basic wage component (minimum salary) for the advertised position. Based on your experience/profile, the final financial conditions will be the subject to discussion and negotiation at the personal interview; however, not less than the above mentioned minimum salary component.
