We are seeking a passionate and skilled DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team responsible for one of the fastest-growing Kubernetes platforms in the bank. This role is pivotal in ensuring the platform remains robust, scalable, and efficient, while enabling seamless collaboration across other platform and consumer teams.

You and your job

You will play a key role in developing, maintaining, and optimizing our Kubernetes platform, automating deployments, and managing cloud infrastructure using Azure and Terraform. Your contributions will directly impact the agility and reliability of services across the organization.

Practical Examples

• Develop and maintain a scalable Kubernetes platform
  Ensure the platform supports resilient applications and evolves with business needs.
• Automate deployments and operational workflows
  Streamline processes using CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices.
• Manage Azure infrastructure with Terraform
  Provision and maintain cloud resources using Infrastructure as Code.
• Ensure platform reliability and performance
  Monitor availability, improve observability, and enhance security posture.
• Collaborate across teams to deliver high-quality solutions
  Work closely with developers, architects, and security teams, and perform code reviews following the four-eyes principle.

You and your talent

• A relevant bachelor's or master's degree
• Proven experience with Kubernetes in production environments
• Experience with .NET 7 for building robust backend services and APIs
• Strong hands-on experience with Azure cloud services, including:
  • Azure Kubernetes Service (Kubernetes is a must)
  • Azure Container Registry
  • Azure API Management
  • Azure Web Apps
  • Azure Service Bus
  • Azure SQL Server
• Proficiency in Terraform for infrastructure provisioning and management
• Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, GitOps, and DevOps methodologies
• Familiarity with Python and Blazor
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
