To support all business initiatives with a need for data, Rabobank is implementing a Global Data & Analytics Platforms in the cloud. One of the characteristics is the vision of ensure a frictionless onboarding & support experience for platform users. Our Platform is built on Azure Cloud, and the teams are growing fast. We strive towards high performing and self-managing DevOps teams, where team members take responsibility and are willing to learn. We are currently looking for a DevOps Cloud Engineer to strengthen one of our teams from area Onboarding and Support. The team is specialized in onboarding users to our Global Data & Analytics Platforms. This squad is part of the tribe Global Data & Analytics Platforms. Within this tribe you will work in the centre of the data driven enterprise. The tribe contains 4 areas:

As we are still at the beginning of our GDAP onboarding journey, you have the opportunity to help shape our vision of making the onboarding process to the GDAP platform as seamless and self-service as possible. Your extensive experience in the cloud, automation and data domain will be instrumental in translating user feedback into clear, actionable requirements that maximize self-service capabilities.
Impact
As an DevOps Cloud Engineer you make a difference by:
β’ Understanding the goals and needs of the business as no other. You can understand the question behind the question and translate that into (data) requirements.
β’ Translating the business requirements into technical solutions. You understand the concepts and solutions forming the GDAP and can make the onboarding journey easy and self-service to the max.
β’ Being the (wo)man in the middle between our tenants (data providers, data producers and data consumers) and the various DevOps-teams of the GDAP. You are able to connect and communicate with a variety of stakeholders.
β’ Promoting the GDAP in the organization.
β’ Supporting our tenants with technical questions on Azure and incidents. Your talents: open communication, working together, providing feedback, being extremely customer focused and working in a structured way.
Need to have
β’ 2 years experience as an Azure DevOps Engineer
β’ Strong communication skills
β’ Certified on Azure Foundation AZ-900 or equivalent knowledge
β’ Willing to develop further in Azure
β’ Experience in complex data environments
β’ Experience in building Azure pipeline and automation/orchestration solutions
β’ Consulting skills
β’ Experience working in scrum/agile teams
Nice to have
β’ Certified on Azure Foundation AZ-400 or equivalent knowledge
β’ Certified on Azure Data Engineer Associate DP-203 or equivalent know
β’ Experience with large scale organisations
β’ Experience working with development teams as stakeholders
β’ Experience with Azure DevOps; pipelines, boards, repositories
β’ Experience working with automation tools
