Details

As a DevOps Engineer for security testing, you are responsible for integrating and maintaining solutions that support the security testing activities within ABN AMRO. This role requires a deep understanding of security, DevOps principles, and Azure cloud services.

Responsibilities

You will be involved in the Security Assurance – Security testing domain, which includes activities such as penetration testing, red teaming, continuous attacker mode, and coordinated vulnerability disclosure, as well as risk assessments on system assets of ABN AMRO. Your knowledge and experience will contribute to improving the overall security posture of the bank by helping development teams incorporate security by design into their daily work while ensuring compliance with applicable ABN AMRO policies, procedures, and regulations.

Requirements

  • Approximately 3 - 5 years of relevant work experience
  • Demonstrable affinity with security aspects and securing IT infrastructure
  • Experience in DevOps environments, capable of designing, implementing, testing, and maintaining solutions
  • Proficiency with Azure services (e.g., Azure Kubernetes, Azure Key Vault, Azure Storage, Azure Databases, and Azure Monitoring)
  • Experience with automated deployment tooling like Azure DevOps
  • Recent Python and Bash skills focused on automation and scripting
  • Knowledge and experience with Kubernetes, Helm, and Docker
  • Recent experience with Bicep templates for Azure infrastructure creation
  • Experience with REST APIs
  • Strong understanding of security protocols, cryptography, authentication, and authorization
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills
  • Preferably experience working in an Agile environment
