We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced technical leader to help NVIDIA's GPU software team advance its software development lifecycle processes. In this role you will supervise branch health, improve build infrastructure, and coordinate with cross-organizational teams for the GPU & Data Center diagnostics software teams that deliver key software for NVIDIA's hardware bring-up and validation.
Responsibilities
- Propose, develop, maintain and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to monitor branch health.
- Collaborate with Release Planning and Core Infrastructure teams on branching strategies.
- Streamline workflows between the diagnostics software and partner teams.
- Take short-term actions to meet business needs and quality metrics around release timelines.
- Evolve CI/CD architecture to address systemic issues and align with industry standards.
- Coalesce and prioritize requests to test automation, infrastructure and QA teams.
- Optimize build times, processes and workflows.
- Own delivery of large projects and coordinate across multiple teams.
Requirements
- BS or MS degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps or equivalent roles responsible for build and integration flows.
- Strong background with GitLab, Jenkins, GitHub Actions and/or other CI/CD systems.
- Experience with Artifactory (or similar artifact repositories).
- Very strong problem solving and debugging skills.
- Ability to self-manage, demonstrate leadership, and possess strong interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to bridge multiple team needs and project demands.
- Previous experience working on a large system software code base is preferable.
- Experience with challenges particular to embedded systems is a plus.

Compensation
- Base salary range for Level 3: 144,000 USD - 230,000 USD.
- Base salary range for Level 4: 168,000 USD - 270,250 USD.
