At COO Tech, our mission is to bring transparency, control, and standardization to the IT products and services delivered across ING. By doing so, we help drive faster, more cost-efficient, and effective technology solutions company-wide.

The top structure of COO Tech consists of four subdepartments, with several teams operating under its leadership: 1) CTO Development & Support, 2) Change & Transformation, 3) Product & Service Management and 4) Reporting & Insights (CDO). This function will report into the lead Product Catalogue and Standards Management under the Product & Service management department.
