Digital Health Product Alliance Lead

At NVIDIA, you will be at the core of an initiative to reshape the healthcare delivery stack with AI compiled and accelerated solutions. As a Product Alliance Manager in Digital Health, you will craft and build the ISV ecosystem while supporting developer programs in healthcare. Your work will impact the development of healthcare AI infrastructure from optimized large language models to advanced speech and accelerated agent building toolkits.

Responsibilities

• Lead digital health developer and industry strategies with cross-functional teams: product, engineering, ISVs, and applied research.
• Nurture positive relationships with external engineering leads and developers and help make them successful.
• Deeply understand product and engineering roadmaps; steer and conduct technical reviews of new product releases with a focus on developer experience.
• Evangelize the embedded accelerated computation platform and innovative technologies, including large language models, speech, and video technologies.
• Distill feature requests into concrete engineering and product actions.
• Collaborate with NVIDIA global account managers to align technology roadmaps and enable customers across the medical ecosystem, including EMRs, ambient applications, telehealth, summarization solutions, computer vision, and more.
• Develop product sales and marketing collateral, including writing technical blogs and developer news articles to evangelize new features to developers.
• Build strategic partnerships and community relationships by attending research conferences, hosting technical meetups, and conducting hackathons.

Requirements

• BS / MS / PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Medicine (or equivalent experience).
• 8 years of experience in the digital health space, preferably with healthcare application development lifecycle experience.
• Working knowledge and experience of deep learning, machine learning, and AI applications and platforms in healthcare.
• Multidimensional understanding of digital health applications: landscape, trends, and development across provider, patient, and payor solution spaces.
• Direct experience using deep learning techniques in healthcare (e.g., LLM, speech, computer vision) and familiarity with Riva, NEMO, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
• Ability to drive strategic relationships with key opinion leaders, influential researchers, startups, healthcare IT, and medical instrument product teams.
• Excellent communication skills for coordinating across engineering, sales, marketing, executives, and external partners.
• Passion for writing and reviewing assets such as blogs, guides, and position papers.
• Familiarity with or use of accelerated computing with GPUs.

Benefits

• Base salary range: 184,000 USD - 287,500 USD (final base salary determined by location, experience, and pay of employees in similar positions).
