This role is focused on growing adoption of NVIDIA cloud and data centre solutions across pharmaceutical, genomics and life sciences organizations and building Healthcare-specific solutions in collaboration with ISV and partner ecosystems.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build and execute the growth strategy within the healthcare and life sciences ecosystem, collaborating with top leadership across the company to align and implement the strategy.
  • Collaborate closely with product teams to develop and package healthcare-specific solutions based on NVIDIA hardware and software stacks.
  • Develop successful partnerships with pharma, biotech and life science organizations, outlining mutual performance objectives, targets, and breakthroughs.
  • Lead and support sales execution with regional sales teams; discover, develop and nurture key customer relationships (Lighthouse Accounts).
  • Engage, enable and energize channel sales teams including global system integrators and public cloud service providers to deliver joint go-to-market initiatives.
  • Support sales-critical issues, partner/channel conflicts and related business issues.
  • Drive and track four quarters of business for assigned responsibilities.
  • Work closely with senior business development, product and sales leadership to drive alignment and build pipeline to expand NVIDIA’s revenue.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from a leading university or equivalent experience.
  • 15+ years overall experience in sales or business development within pharmaceutical, genomics and life sciences technology, with demonstrated ability running an overlay sales organization.
  • Deep understanding of applications and workflows that leverage Machine Learning, Deep Learning and AI.
  • Strong relationships with executives in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology ecosystem and a global client contact base.
  • Demonstrated experience selling to and selling through the healthcare life sciences ecosystem.
  • Experience building positive partnerships with large organizations and establishing joint sales models and metrics.
  • Consistent track record of sales execution and overachievement.
  • Confirmed ability to work effectively in highly matrixed organizations.
  • Experience leading and closing sophisticated deal negotiations and alliances.
  • Knowledge of enterprise computing software and services pricing strategies, channel economics, and hybrid computing platforms (on-prem and cloud offerings).
  • 5+ years of experience leading and empowering a virtual team of sales managers.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 25%+.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Cash compensation is determined based on location, experience and internal pay comparisons (85% base salary, 15% variable).
  • For Poland: The cash compensation range is 667,500 PLN - 1,157,000 PLN.
