  • Create prototypes and production-grade analytics models, data flows, and dashboard solutions; collaborate directly with engineering and business partners to address critical issues.
  • Translate business and IT requirements into reporting frameworks and actionable insights.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to IT and business leadership—drive strategy, standard methodologies, and data-driven decision making. Influence and develop roadmaps for IT analytics platforms, collaborating widely with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of progressive experience in IT data analytics, business intelligence, or related domains, with demonstrated independent ownership of complex analytics solutions.
  • 8+ years direct people management experience.
  • Deep technical proficiency with analytics and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Qlik, and ThoughtSpot.
  • Experience with big data platforms including Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, and AWS Redshift.
  • Proven hands-on experience crafting, implementing, and optimizing frameworks for indicators, scorecards, and executive dashboards at scale.
  • Experience defining and rolling out standards, critical metrics, and advanced methodologies for analytics programs.
  • Strong ability to communicate and influence at the executive level, with demonstrated project leadership and independent execution.

Ways to stand out

  • Recognized for proficiency in analytics or BI, with a history of leading significant projects that impact performance assessment across an organization.
  • Demonstrated capability partnering with IT, Finance, or Engineering teams on high-visibility data projects.
  • Proven ability to harmonize strategic foresight with practical technical implementation and troubleshooting.
  • Established reputation for influencing outcomes without formal authority.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary range: 224,000 USD - 356,500 USD (determined based on location, experience, and internal pay equity).
  • Eligible for equity and NVIDIA benefits (see company benefits page).
  • Applications are accepted at least until October 11, 2025.
