This role is responsible for the strategy, architecture, and delivery of enterprise data platforms, integrations, and analytics to enable insights and B2B data exchange. The Director will lead a distributed team to build and operate data lakes, warehouses, pipelines, and integration frameworks that support analytics, AI training and inference, and secure partner/customer connectivity. The role emphasizes Power BI-driven analytics for partners and promoting AI/ML adoption across data engineering and integration.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Data & Integration Engineering department, defining platforms and services that enable data-informed decision-making across NVIDIA.
  • Architect and operate enterprise data lakes, data warehouses, lakehouse architectures, and cloud-native data platforms supporting analytics, AI training, and inference.
  • Define and deliver end-to-end data pipelines spanning ingestion, curation, analytics, and visualization.
  • Build enterprise Power BI and self-service analytics capabilities to provide timely, accurate, and actionable insights for employees and partners.
  • Establish data integration frameworks connecting enterprise systems, AI models, and B2B ecosystems (partners, suppliers, customers).
  • Ensure secure, governed, and compliant data exchange with external entities to support business operations, supply chain, and partner collaboration.
  • Promote adoption of AI/ML in data engineering and integration, including intelligent transformations, anomaly detection, and predictive insights.
  • Drive the architecture of event-driven integrations (e.g., APIs, Kafka, service mesh) to support real-time business workflows.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to accelerate time-to-insight and unlock enterprise data value for internal and B2B use cases.
  • Recruit, mentor, and grow a distributed team of engineers focused on data platforms, APIs, integration, and BI/analytics.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in data engineering, integration, or distributed systems, including a minimum of 5 years in a senior management role.
  • BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience designing and operating large-scale enterprise data platforms (data lakes, warehouses, lakehouse, cloud-native ecosystems).
  • Strong technical expertise in integration technologies such as Kafka, event streaming, API gateways, and service mesh; familiarity with iPaaS.
  • Experience leading data governance, metadata management, and observability initiatives.
  • Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and modern data stacks.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML pipelines, model training, deployment, and serving.
  • Ability to translate business priorities into data and integration strategies.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
