DriveOS is a software platform used globally in autonomous vehicles and other intelligent machines, combining virtualization, system software, and acceleration libraries for AI, computer vision, graphics, and multimedia processing. It meets stringent automotive safety and cybersecurity standards and is expanding into regulated domains like robotics and avionics.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a software organization focused on automotive software quality, process engineering, and automation.
  • Establish and harmonize DriveOS processes for quality, safety, and cybersecurity.
  • Define objective quality metrics and characteristics for DriveOS.
  • Drive initiatives for process implementation and automation including GenAI and formal verification.
  • Ensure compliance with NVIDIA internal and industry standards.
  • Track and manage DriveOS process and product quality roadmaps.
  • Set quality goals, manage release readiness, and align across a matrixed organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 15+ years of experience in automotive software development or related roles.
  • 7+ years of leadership experience building engineering teams.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to drive alignment.
  • Deep understanding of Software Development Lifecycle and V-model.
  • Practical knowledge of ASPICE, ISO 25010, ISO 26262, ISO 21434 standards.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Base salary range: 308,000 USD - 471,500 USD (based on location and experience).
