Details

An Enablement leader plays a critical role within Service Organizations by creating capabilities, processes, and systems to measure and enhance the productivity and performance of the Service organization. The role is responsible for equipping teams with the tools, resources, and strategies needed to excel and meet organizational deliverables. The Enablement leader works closely with cross-functional teams to identify gaps in processes and skills and then design and implement structured programs to bridge those gaps — from creating metrics and training programs to providing necessary tools and fostering communication and collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Develop initiatives for the organization, including comprehensive Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) tailored to cross-functional and customer-facing teams.
  • Identify skill gaps, design content, and organize workshops, seminars, and online tools to improve team performance.
  • Develop comprehensive training programs tailored to different teams, including workshops, seminars, and online courses.
  • Facilitate and enhance communication channels between departments; implement communication tools and protocols where needed.
  • Ensure teams have access to necessary tools, databases, software, and knowledge resources.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and senior leadership to align enablement strategies with organizational goals; gather feedback and continuously improve approaches.
  • Support new hires through structured onboarding programs to accelerate ramp-up and integration into company processes, tools, and culture.
  • Create and maintain a repository of enablement content such as playbooks, guides, and standards for reference and learning.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years of senior management experience in large, cross-matrix, geo-dispersed technology organizations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field or equivalent experience; Master’s degree is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication skills for delivering training, conveying information, and fostering cross-team collaboration.
  • Project management skills: ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines (planning, organization, execution).
  • Analytical thinking to assess performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and measure the impact of enablement initiatives.
  • Technical proficiency/familiarity with enablement tools and technologies such as Learning Management Systems (LMS), Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, and data analysis tools.
  • Problem-solving skills and adaptability to evolving organizational needs.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships with team members, stakeholders, and other departments.
