We are seeking a seasoned product leader to drive strategy and go-to-market execution for Edge AI platforms (NVIDIA Jetson, IGX, Holoscan). You will own a suite of solutions for enterprise edge AI across industries such as robotics, healthcare, and industrial applications, leading development of technology that solves complex real-world problems.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and go-to-market strategy for edge AI platforms (Jetson, IGX, Holoscan).
- Manage and mentor a team of product managers; set expectations, define roles, and provide regular feedback.
- Analyze market trends and customer requirements to drive the product roadmap; translate customer use cases into actionable product requirements.
- Engage directly with engineering leaders at key customers to understand technical challenges and gather requirements.
- Identify and collaborate with ecosystem partners (system integrators, OEMs, software vendors, sensor partners) to build and implement go-to-market plans.
- Participate in the full product development lifecycle from chip level to complete compute systems, balancing developer and enterprise needs.
- Propose innovative solutions to complex technical challenges considering engineering feasibility.
- Serve as central contact between sales and engineering; work closely with hardware/software engineering, marketing, operations, and customer support.
- Build value propositions, educate sales and marketing, develop demos for launches and industry events.
- Define and monitor metrics to track product success and partner with cross-functional teams on go-to-market activities.
- Communicate trade-offs and product priorities to the executive team.
Requirements
- BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent degree.
- 15+ years of overall experience, with a strong background in hardware product management; at least 5 years in a leadership role (the posting also references 6+ years of leadership/management experience).
- Strong understanding of system-level requirements for embedded products that run AI at the edge, including power, thermal, and mechanical constraints.
- Good understanding of sensors and high-speed I/Os for real-time edge AI data acquisition.
- Familiarity with System-on-a-Chip (SoC) designs for embedded markets and strong understanding of computer architecture.
- Knowledge of embedded system software and the board design process.
- Familiarity with deep learning architectures and GPUs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and proven experience working across multi-functional teams.
- Passion for driving new products to market.

Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary range: 272,000 USD - 425,500 USD (determined by location, experience, and pay of employees in similar positions).
