NVLink Fusion opens NVIDIA’s AI platform and ecosystem for partners to build specialized AI infrastructures and scale AI factories to millions of GPUs. This role leads partner and ecosystem development to drive adoption of NVLink Fusion across hyperscalers, OEMs, cloud service providers, and semiconductor/accelerator partners.

Responsibilities

  • Define and implement NVIDIA’s partner engagement strategy around NVLink Fusion, spanning hyperscalers, silicon/ASIC partners, IP providers, OEMs and ODMs.
  • Identify and develop strategic partners to extend NVLink Fusion adoption.
  • Work closely with product architecture, system architecture, and engineering teams to translate NVLink Fusion technical capabilities into partner value propositions.
  • Collaborate with business and product teams to deliver reference designs, whitepapers, and interoperability guidelines.
  • Manage joint development, validation, and enablement programs with partners.
  • Monitor competitive interconnect technologies and ecosystem trends.
  • Develop insights to sharpen NVIDIA’s partner positioning and value differentiation.

Requirements

  • BS/MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science, or equivalent experience. MBA is a plus.
  • 8+ years leadership experience in the same or similar area.
  • 12+ years overall experience in ecosystem and partner development or product strategy within semiconductor, hyperscaler, or cloud service provider companies.
  • Proven success in building technical alliances across silicon vendors, cloud service providers, and IP providers.
  • Expert understanding of interconnects (PCIe, NVLink, UALink, CXL, InfiniBand, Ethernet), system architecture, and large-scale AI/HPC deployment models.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to drive alignment across large organizations.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary range: 284,000 USD - 431,250 USD (determined based on location, experience, and comparable roles).
