At NVIDIA, we are seeking a Director of Treasury Systems and Automation to join the Finance team, headquartered in Santa Clara, CA.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain systems and applications for all payments flowing into and out of company accounts.
- Manage systems upgrades, implementations, and integrations across treasury and payment platforms.
- Own AP host-to-host connections with banks and automated payroll feeds with payroll providers.
- Automate tax payments worldwide and establish/enforce policies and controls for data transmission and integration between systems.
- Lead development of end-to-end cash movement processes, including partnering with external system providers and internal finance and IT teams to incorporate AI where applicable.
- Coordinate system integrations and design processes for foreign exchange, share repurchase, and investment activities.
- Produce and present reporting metrics demonstrating system integration and automation performance to senior finance leadership.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience at a multinational corporation or global bank in treasury system design, implementation, and maintenance across a sophisticated array of systems.
- 5+ years of leadership experience.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a business or technical field.
- Prior experience building and leading a centralized treasury system architecture; outstanding project management skills.
- Extensive knowledge of market technologies, investment and foreign settlement practices, and banking regulations.
- Strong process leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills for a highly visible role within and outside the company.
- Proven track record of building positive relationships across finance and organizational leaders, and externally with senior management and financial community members.
Ways to stand out
- CFA or MBA is a plus.
- Strong business judgment with strategic thinking and effective planning; hands-on, accurate, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
- Excellent conflict resolution skills and a history of delivering complicated system projects on time.
Benefits and Compensation
- Competitive base salary range: 232,000 USD - 356,500 USD (determined based on location, experience, and pay of employees in similar positions).
