NVIDIA's Extended Reality (XR) team is seeking an experienced leader to manage the Enterprise product and partner alliance teams for Virtual Reality (VR) and Augmented Reality (AR). You will manage both product management and partner management teams, help define XR strategy across NVIDIA and the enterprise ecosystem, and drive execution across teams and business units. The role requires strong leadership, communication, technical depth in XR and AI, and the ability to engage customers, partners, and senior executives.

Responsibilities

  • Work with NVIDIA leadership to define and continuously refine XR strategy.
  • Manage the XR product and partner teams to push strategy forward through partnerships, products, and marketing.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of NVIDIA products, especially across AI and XR.
  • Coordinate across internal NVIDIA teams to maintain awareness and alignment with XR initiatives.
  • Engage in high-profile XR customer and partner opportunities.
  • Present at customer, partner, and NVIDIA events to build engagement across the XR ecosystem.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 18+ years of related work experience with 8+ years of direct people management experience.
  • Experience with XR hardware and software technology and understanding of both consumer and enterprise XR markets.
  • Passion for GPU technologies, including VR, AR, and AI; experience with SDKs and other developer tools.
  • Strong teamwork skills, ability to multi-task effectively, and ability to handle fast-paced situations gracefully.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, internal and external, including presenting to the press.
  • Experience with marketing activities including events, blog/web writing, and demo composition and messaging.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with internal and external senior executives; comfortable with ~10% travel for events, press tours, and partner meetings.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary range: 272,000 USD - 425,500 USD (will be determined based on location, experience, and pay of employees in similar positions).
  • Eligible for equity and benefits (see NVIDIA benefits).
