NVIDIA is seeking a technical leader to drive the development of secure DGX Cloud offerings for regulated and sovereign cloud environments (governments, defense). The role focuses on defining and executing technical strategy for compliance, controls, monitoring, and global deployment environments while ensuring high security, performance, and strong developer experience.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive the technical implementation and architecture for DGX Cloud offerings in regulated and sovereign environments, including FedRAMP, IL5/6, SOC2, and international equivalents.
- Collaborate across domains to embed regulatory compliance, high security, and operational security (detection, response, mitigation, prevention) into DGX Cloud engineering practices.
- Guide secure delivery and global expansion of DGX Cloud into international markets with sovereign data requirements and national security constraints.
- Engage with public sector customers, regulatory agencies, and strategic partners to ensure solutions meet jurisdictional and operational requirements.
- Enable customers and partners to achieve compliance and successfully operate in regulated environments.
- Lead full software and system lifecycle efforts: ideation, design, development, ATO (Authority to Operate), and active operations; drive readiness, controls, monitoring, and continuous improvement of regulated cloud offerings.
Requirements
- 18+ years overall in technical roles with a focus on cloud infrastructure, platform security, or highly regulated deployment environments.
- 8+ years of leadership experience.
- BS/MS or higher or equivalent experience in security, software engineering, or related engineering fields.
- Technical proficiency in cloud-native architectures, isolation models, containerization, and secure multi-tenant systems.
- Proven track record delivering technically complex solutions that meet regulatory compliance without compromising performance and operational excellence.
- Ability to synthesize regulatory needs into architecture and design and guide cross-functional execution.
- Strong collaboration, influence, and communication skills for working with engineering teams and high-security government partners.
Preferred / Ways to Stand Out
- History of engineering enablement: creating scalable processes and extensible systems that make compliance and security foundational across hardware, infrastructure/IaaS, platforms, and applications.
- Direct experience designing, developing, delivering, and operating secure cloud products in regulated international markets (EU, Asia-Pacific, national/isolated clouds).
- Familiarity with public sector operational models (ATO), mission workloads, and evolving public institution security postures.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary range: 308,000 USD - 471,500 USD (determined based on location, experience, and comparable employee pay).
- Eligible for equity and benefits (company benefits information referenced).
