Details

NVIDIA is a key player in the emerging space of sovereign computing, delivering in high security environments, and providing solutions for confidential computing. The team is focused on building secure DGX Cloud offerings for regulated and sovereign cloud environments (governments, defense), defining and driving technical strategy for compliance, controls and monitoring, and global deployment environments. This role partners cross-functionally across NVIDIA to build infrastructure that enables customers with the highest security and operational standards without compromising performance or developer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the technical implementation and architecture for DGX Cloud offerings in regulated and sovereign environments, including compliance with FedRAMP, IL5/6, SOC2, and international equivalents.
  • Drive awareness and technical strategy for regulatory compliance, high security, and overall security (detection, response, mitigation, prevention) into DGX Cloud engineering practices.
  • Guide the secure delivery and global expansion of DGX Cloud into international markets with sovereign data requirements and national security constraints.
  • Engage with external stakeholders, including public sector customers, regulatory agencies, and strategic partners, to ensure solutions meet jurisdictional needs.
  • Enable customers and partners to achieve compliance and successfully operate in regulated environments.
  • Lead full software and system lifecycle activities: ideation, design, development, ATO (Authority to Operate), and active operations. Lead technical aspects of readiness, controls, monitoring, and continuous improvement for regulated cloud offerings.

Requirements

  • 18+ overall years in technical roles with a focus on cloud infrastructure, platform security, or highly regulated deployment environments.
  • 8+ years of leadership experience.
  • BS/MS or higher or equivalent experience in security, software engineering, or related engineering fields.
  • Technical proficiency in cloud-native architectures, isolation models, containerization, and secure multi-tenant systems.
  • Proven success delivering technically complex solutions that achieve regulatory compliance while maintaining high performance and operational excellence.
  • Technical leadership ability to synthesize regulatory needs into architecture and design while guiding execution across diverse teams.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills for leading engineering engagement and interacting with government partners and high-security customers.

Ways to Stand Out

  • History of creating scalable processes and extensible systems that facilitate compliance and security as foundational capabilities across hardware, infrastructure/IaaS, platforms, and applications.
  • Direct experience designing, developing, delivering, and operating secure cloud products in regulated markets (e.g., EU, Asia-Pacific, isolated and national clouds).
  • Familiarity with government operational models (ATO), mission workloads, and evolving public sector security postures.
