Responsibilities

  • Actively seek out and recruit new partners.
  • Grow business through channel partners.
  • Build relationships with assigned distributors and drive mutual business growth.
  • Lead the sales process with partners to meet sales targets effectively.
  • Prepare and deliver world-class presentations and demos for channel partners.
  • Onboard and train partners on NordSecurity B2B products.
  • Track, analyze, and communicate key metrics and business results to improve performance.
  • Participate in exhibitions and conferences on behalf of the company (willingness to travel up to 30% of the time).
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve results and proactively identify process improvements.
  • Gather feedback from business partners and share insights with internal teams.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in IT sales.
  • Expertise in channel sales and selling cloud-based, cybersecurity, or software solutions (highly preferred).
  • Strong sales acumen: proven ability to influence partners and add value to their portfolios through the NordSecurity B2B Suite.
  • Strategic selling skills: proficient in identifying opportunities, leveraging sales platforms, and proposing business expansion solutions.
  • Technology acumen: deep understanding of current industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Performance-driven: proven track record of meeting and exceeding quarterly quotas to drive sales growth.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration: highly responsive with the ability to lead regular partner meetings.
  • Proactive and results-oriented: demonstrates flexibility and a strong drive for success.
  • Quick learner: exceptional planning skills and a high aptitude for mastering new concepts.
  • Fluent in English (both written and verbal).

Compensation

  • Gross Salary: 2600 - 4700 EUR / Month, plus bonus.

Workplace

  • Hybrid (Vilnius, Lithuania).
