At NVIDIA, we are redefining how technology empowers the world. In this role you will direct OEM sales through distribution partners across North America, build relationships with top OEMs (Dell, HPE, Lenovo, Cisco), and work alongside cross-functional teams to drive channel revenue and enablement.

Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships between NVIDIA OEM leadership, distribution partner business managers (PBMs), OEM partners, and distribution teams.
  • Act as a subject-matter authority for OEM partners including Dell, HPE, Lenovo, and Cisco.
  • Understand OEM distribution products, routes to market, and ecosystems.
  • Guide distribution OEM engagement in sales and technical marketing.
  • Build consistency between North American and global sales operations.
  • Monitor sales results of OEM partners through North American distributors.
  • Coordinate co-marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns alongside distribution, OEM, and ecosystem partners.
  • Communicate and reinforce NVIDIA’s OEM value propositions to distributors and VARs.

Requirements

  • Over 8 years of experience in distribution technology sales, preferably working closely with OEMs such as Dell, HPE, Lenovo, and Cisco.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with IT distribution channels such as Arrow, Ingram Micro, and TD SYNNEX (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong understanding of channel sales models, distribution programs, and partner enablement.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with both internal teams and external partners.
  • Proficiency in sales analytics, forecasting, and business planning.
  • Ability to work in a matrixed environment and influence without direct authority.

  • Established relationships within key enterprise distributors and the ability to accelerate their revenue growth.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Cash compensation range: 200,000 USD - 304,750 USD (85% base salary / 15% variable). Equity and benefits are also available.
