At NVIDIA, we are redefining how technology empowers the world. In this role you will direct OEM sales through our distribution partners across North America, building relationships with OEMs such as Dell, HPE, Lenovo, and Cisco and working closely with distribution partners and internal NVIDIA teams.
Responsibilities
- Manage relationships between NVIDIA OEM leadership, distribution partner business managers (PBMs), OEM partners, and distribution teams.
- Act as a subject matter authority for OEM partners including Dell, HPE, Lenovo, and Cisco.
- Understand OEM distribution products, routes to market, and ecosystems.
- Guide distribution OEM engagement in sales and technical marketing.
- Build consistency between North American and global sales operations.
- Monitor sales results of OEM partners through North American distributors.
- Coordinate co-marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns alongside distribution, OEM, and ecosystem partners.
- Communicate and reinforce NVIDIA’s OEM value propositions to distributors and VARs.
- Coordinate OEM sales and technical training activities.
- Monitor the competitive landscape and industry trends; adjust enablement activities and product mix as needed.
- Drive territory and account mapping between distributors and OEM sales teams.
Requirements
- Over 8 years of experience in distribution technology sales, preferably working closely with OEMs such as Dell, HPE, Lenovo, and Cisco.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience with IT distribution channels such as Arrow, Ingram Micro, and TD SYNNEX (or equivalent experience).
- Strong understanding of channel sales models, distribution programs, and partner enablement.
- Excellent relationship-building skills with both internal teams and external partners.
- Proficiency in sales analytics, forecasting, and business planning.
- Ability to work in a matrixed environment and influence without direct authority.
Ways to stand out (preferred)
- Understanding of data science workflows and the impact of generative AI on the enterprise channel.
- Strong curiosity for new technologies and the ability to convey their value to distributor sales, technical, and executive teams.
- Strong executive presence, polish, and political savvy.
- A track record of successfully growing revenue for innovative, technology-based solutions.
- Established relationships within key enterprise distributors and the ability to accelerate their revenue growth.
Compensation & Benefits
- Cash compensation range: 200,000 USD - 304,750 USD.
- Compensation is typically 85% base salary and 15% variable compensation (actual cash compensation determined by location, experience, and pay of employees in similar positions).
